All the given contents on the Website, such as text, logos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of ENABLE E-LEARN and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Paid service of ENABLE E-LEARN and cancellation/refund policy

Users can choose to receive the paid service ENABLE E-LEARN by making a transaction via bank transfer or payment gateway Razorpay (if applicable).

Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupee by default and are inclusive of any relevant local Indian tax charges at the applicable rate.

By using ENABLE E-LEARN You agree to submit to ENABLE E-LEARN / Razorpay all the necessary information for completing the payment.

For the payment, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent by Razorpay to the phone number the user has provided in the payment dialogue. The service will be connected immediately after the payment has been received.

The ENABLE E-LEARN service is not subject to the right of withdrawal after the user has received the service, as the service is digital content that cannot be returned. In case of blocking, deleting, or terminating the use of the user profile and/or making an erroneous payment, no payments related to the purchase of the Portal services will be refunded.

After a one-time payment of ₹ 3499 + GST, the ENABLE E-LEARN service is connected to the user till 31st March of the year of purchase from the moment of purchase. When using the Razorpay payment method, the service is activated immediately after the payment is received.
